1. Acceptance
By accessing or using MARQAL, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. The service
MARQAL provides software and API tools that use artificial intelligence to generate and assist with social media content.
Features, models, limits, supported platforms, and availability may change as the service evolves.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys and for activity performed through your account.
You must provide accurate information where requested and must not impersonate another person or organization.
4. API keys
API keys must be kept secret and should only be used in secure server-side environments.
You must not intentionally expose your API key in public source code, client-side applications, public repositories, or other locations accessible to unauthorized parties.
MARQAL may revoke or rotate credentials when necessary to protect the service or its users.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use MARQAL to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of others;
- attempt to compromise or bypass service security;
- circumvent rate limits or access controls;
- distribute malware or conduct abusive automated activity;
- misrepresent generated material as verified factual information when it is not;
- use the service in a way that materially disrupts MARQAL or its infrastructure.
6. AI-generated content
AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, relying on, distributing, or otherwise using it.
MARQAL does not guarantee that generated output is unique, factually correct, legally compliant, or free from third-party rights.
7. Your content
You retain responsibility for the prompts, topics, instructions, and other information you provide to MARQAL.
You grant MARQAL the limited permission necessary to process that information in order to provide, secure, and operate the service.
8. Intellectual property
MARQAL's software, branding, interface, documentation, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of MARQAL's software, trademarks, infrastructure, or underlying technology.
9. Availability and beta features
MARQAL may include beta, preview, experimental, or free features. Such features may change, experience interruptions, or be withdrawn without guarantee of continued availability.
10. Suspension and termination
MARQAL may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, violations of these Terms, or risks to the service or other users.
You may stop using MARQAL at any time.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MARQAL is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MARQAL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
